Griffon designs and manufactures a wide variety of composite parts and structures. We have successfully produced specialty composite parts for many industries including aerospace, space, and medical applications.
We offer expert composite engineering services, composite technicians and excellent facilities including a layup room, cleanroom, and manufacturing area. As part of our complete composite capabilities we offer our customers composite tooling, mold-making, and fabrication.
Griffon has an 8’x8’x24’ high-temperature curing oven for curing parts up to 350 °F. For jobs requiring a large autoclave, Griffon has access to Marshall Space Flight Center's Autoclave.

Griffon Aerospace has produced numerous composite components including fuselages, wings, tail assemblies, and landing gear systems. These systems are currently performing as designed providing high-performance flight to Griffon's customers.
Griffon's experience in designing, fabricating, and operating composite aircraft and systems is applied across all aspects of the life cycle of our products. Our experience operating our aircraft in harsh desert environments and in extremely abusive conditions has provided the most demanding test and evaluation conditions available. Our composites design, fabrications, and operations are based on many years of intensive field use.
