Due to continued growth, we are adding to our Business Development team and have one new opportunity focusing on Military Programs. We seek an enthusiastic and versatile technical sales professional to identify, pursue, and close product and engineering services sales and provide both technical sales and customer support from proposal development through the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, electrical, software, or related technical discipline required. Minimum five years successful technology product and engineering services sales experience preferably in an aerospace or avionics environment and demonstrated ability to sell aerospace products and technology through understanding of aerospace products, technology, and markets. Previous experience must include consistent achievement of product sales quotas against revenue targets plus demonstrated ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive opportunities to close. Knowledge of and ability to implement successful sales techniques including strong customer relationship and negotiation skills is required. Must demonstrate the ability to maintain professional demeanor at all times and under all circumstances; effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines; exceptional leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; strong customer service, quality, and team orientation; organizational skills and detail focus; self motivation, self direction, and able to work independently; and a commitment to continuous improvement of knowledge, skills and abilities.
Enthusiastic, versatile, and experienced technical leader to provide hands-on engineering support and program management on a variety of aerospace and engineering development projects.
Qualifications:
B.S. in related engineering discipline (Aerospace, Engineering, etc) is required, and an MS is preferred. Minimum ten years engineering experience including demonstrated leadership as a project engineer, lead engineer, or hands-on project manager on aerospace and related engineering programs required. Experience should include interdisciplinary management such as embedded software systems, electronic and control systems, systems engineering, system integration, or aerospace technology. Must be willing and capable of applying engineering skills on projects while working closely with and directly supporting the engineering team as the designated program manager.
